I know these aren’t necessarily words, but sometimes actions of others (and not necessarily people) can inspire us to get up and be happy!

Make friends with more than just humans!

“In these rancorous and difficult times, working together has never been harder, or more important.”

Allow yourself to take in the strength of others to achieve your goals.

“Information + Application = Transformation”

It’s more than being educated; it’s the determination in following through.

“You are so much more powerful than you give yourself credit for. If you wield that power then people will want to be around you and you are going to surprise yourself every day.”

Inspirational words that motivate us to give it our all!

“We are what we do repeatedly. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but rather a habit.”

And that’s why what we strive to form healthy habits that we then maintain throughout our lives.

“If your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough.”

Run to your dreams. Don’t stop. It will be worth it in the end no matter what happens.

“This stuff isn’t happening because you are dying; it’s really because of the way you are living.”

In memory of Zach Sobiech. You are an inspiration and you give me strength to live the life I want.

“Sadness is easier because it’s surrender. I say, ‘Make time to dance alone with one hand waving free'”.

There are times to surrender. There are times to enjoy what you have. There are times to surrender, then enjoy what life has to offer.

“A wise man is not cowered by knowledge. He uses it to guide him.”

Even knowledge of bad news can be used as guidance. Don’t waste time on disappointment. Everything happens for a reason and we can either learn from it or let go of it.

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”

Set an example of how you want to be and take it seriously. Give it your all. If you don’t get it the first time keep trying. I want to see that the world is caring. I want to show the world I care.
